• Reuse code components in other projects

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the project. This includes:

• Source code and technical specifications
• Business strategies and marketing plans
• Client information and data

6. Project Delivery

6.1 Delivery Timeline

Project timelines will be established in the initial agreement. Typical delivery schedules are:

• Basic Package: 4-8 weeks
• Professional Package: 8-12 weeks
• Enterprise Package: 12-24 weeks

6.2 Delivery Format

Final deliverables will include:

• Executable game files
• Source code (if agreed upon)
• Documentation
• Asset files

7. Revisions and Modifications

Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds:

• Basic Package: 2 revision rounds
• Professional Package: 5 revision rounds
• Enterprise Package: Unlimited revisions during development

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:

• Breach of contract terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Mutual agreement to terminate

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services. We are not liable for:
